What support is included?

All packages include standard email support Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Full School App and Enterprise customers also benefit from priority support options.

Is onboarding training included?

Yes. Online onboarding and training for school leadership teams and staff is included as part of your setup fee.

How are platform updates delivered?

Edvolve manages all platform maintenance, updates and improvements. Schools automatically benefit from ongoing enhancements without needing to manage software upgrades themselves.

Do we need an IT team to manage the platform?

No. Edvolve is designed to minimise technical overhead for schools. We manage publishing, maintenance, security updates and platform improvements on your behalf.

What happens if new staff join after launch?

Training resources and support materials remain available after launch, helping new staff get up to speed quickly.
